Welcome to LuxeHome Cleaners. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
LuxeHome Cleaners provides professional residential cleaning services including, but not limited to, standard home cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, apartment cleaning, and kitchen & bathroom sanitization.
All services are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon booking. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion.
2. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers.
A deposit may be required for first-time customers or large cleaning projects. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your final invoice.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Access to Property
You are responsible for providing our team with safe and reasonable access to your property. This includes ensuring pets are secured, valuable items are stored safely, and any specific instructions are communicated in advance.
If access cannot be obtained at the scheduled time and we have not been notified in advance, a missed appointment fee may apply.
5. Liability and Insurance
LuxeHome Cleaners is fully insured and bonded. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage to items that were not properly secured.
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims will be investigated and resolved according to our insurance policy.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of management.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will keep all information about your home and personal details confidential. Our employees are trained to maintain professional discretion at all times.
8. Modifications to Terms
LuxeHome Cleaners reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New York.
